Client’s authorizes Winners Edge to process the coaching fee via automatic withdrawal using Client’s debit or credit card.
Client agrees to maintain current credit card information on file with Winners Edge.
Payment will commence upon the execution of this Agreement. If Winners Edge is unable to process a payment, and Client fails to tender payment within five days of the due date, Winners Edge may suspend all client benefits until Client’s account is brought current.
If Client’s account is delinquent for a period of ten days or longer, Client may be considered to have terminated this Agreement.

ONLINE program enjoy the following Services:

Access to live DC Zoom calls.
- Client’s staff have access to live CA Zoom calls.
- Client gets passcodes to the incredible Winners Edge Video Library.
- Zoom coaching calls are recorded and archived.
- Synopsis videos of Seminars for later viewing.
- Client is given access to Winners Edge contacts and practice resources.
Also Included
- Client will be added to the Members ONLY Facebook Group.
- Client CAs will be added to the Members only CA Facebook Group.
CONFIDENTIALITY
- Client agrees to not share or sell anything from Winners Edge to anyone ever.
- Client agrees to not use any Winners Edge name, logo, or branding for any reason.
- Client agrees to not solicit or try to sell anything to any Winners Edge members at any time.
- Client agrees they are responsible to follow all local, state, Federal, and state Board rules and regulations at all times.
This is a "handshake agreement" and client can upgrade their membership or leave at any time.
